Wine enthusiasts, this experience is made for you. Ready to go deeper and participate in a Bordeaux vintage? Work alongside the winemakers and get involved in harvesting, grape sorting, crushing, grafting and other steps of the wine making process. This experience will vary with the seasons but there is always something exciting to do in the vineyard or down in the cellars!

The experience

The stay as described is indicative and flexible. Do not hesitate to fill in your wishes or practical information when you make your request (duration, special requests, food constraints). An adapted and tailor-made proposal will be made for you.

  • A day in the vineyards

Pruner in hand and basket on the back, take action and help harvest the precious berries. Take the opportunity to better understand the old and new techniques; and tread the grapes yourself. Taste the new wine, or the freshly squeezed grape juice. Outside the harvest period, learn about pruning or grafting, and make your own blend.

  • In the wine cellars

Our winemaking experiences allow you to better understand the know-how surrounding winemaking. Spend time in the vineyards to understand the importance of the terroir, and ask all your questions directly to experienced oenologists, cellar masters or winemakers. Taste the juice or make your own blends according to the season.

  • Winemaker's lunch

The harvest is above all a great celebration. After working in the vines, enjoy a rural and friendly lunch. Enjoy the opportunity to exchange with winemakers and locals, and to discuss your first prognostics on the coming vintage.
