Bordeaux and its wines
Your stay begins with the discovery of the historic city of Bordeaux, classified by UNESCO, and its gourmet specialities. You will then continue with an itinerary around the great wines of Bordeaux, with private visits and commented tastings. A stopover in the village of Saint-Emilion will allow you to discover this UNESCO village.
Cognac and its secrets
Cognac, known worldwide for its great spirits is a must for every connoisseur. The private visit of one of the great Cognac houses will allow you to understand the stages of its elaboration, from distillation to aging. The visit of a cooperage to discover the making of wooden barrels is also on the program.
Head for Oleron Island, the largest of the Atlantic islands, to fill up on oxygen by taking advantage of the large unspoilt natural spaces and endless sandy beaches. A tour of the island will allow you to admire the majestic Fort Boyard, to taste oysters and seafood accompanied by a local wine produced on the island, to share the experience of a salt producer, or to discover the making of Pineau des Charentes.
